If you want to use this monitor, you have to connect power source and provide a signal source(your PC, laptop, PS4 console, etc.) for it, then the monitor will display pictures.
If you want to use touch function, your mobile devices should in USB 3.1 Gen2 port and support video output via USB 3.1 Gen2 port. If your PC or laptop only has HDMI port, and your system is Windows7 or above, to use touch function when connected via HDMI port, you need three cables: one HDMI to mini HDMI cable(included), two USB-A to USB-C cables(only one included). The upper USB-C port is for touch function, the lower USB-C port is for power. For MacBook, only single point touch works. And touch function will not work on game consoles such as PS4, Xbox, Switch, etc.
